Show Me, Don’t Tell Me

sports-branding-story

In this week’s edition of our agency’s e-newsletter, “The NMC Report,” account executive Greg Glynn shared a video he produced about branding and professional football.  I am excited about adding video to our bi-weekly e-newsletter because I think people will enjoy watching it, and it will show our readers (and viewers) more of the personalities behind our agency.

People who are searching for information online are now looking for video as much as they are searching for written content. As a matter of fact, YouTube is second only to Google as a search engine.  In other words, people are going to YouTube and typing in the thing they are searching, because they want to see if there is a video instead of words to show them, rather than tell them, about the topic they are looking for.
