USA Olympian Julia Clukey Poses for Maine Women Magazine
NMC’s Greg Glynn and Olympian Julia Clukey were in Standish, Maine, this week as part of a photo shoot for the cover of Maine Women magazine.
Julia will be featured as the cover story in the September issue for her successful summer camp and of involvement in the Maine Beer & Wine Distributors Association’s responsibility initiative.
Over the past three years, Julia has recorded several public service announcements and presented to more than 5,000 high school students about the importance of responsibility and good decision making. Professional photographer Joe Carpine of DVM Sports snapped today’s Friday Fab Foto of Julia.
Known for her speed on the track, Julia was also efficient in front of the camera. The photo shoot had to take place in a window of 45 minutes between two rain showers. If you look closely at the photo you might even see some rain drops!
