High Energy Social Media Boot Camps in Augusta

With over forty participants registered for our NMC Social Media Boot Camps this week, NMC had a great time sharing social media best practices with organizations and business leaders from throughout the state.
The energy level was high, the food from The Senator Inn & Spa was great, and five lucky participants won a free subscription to MaineBiz, the official boot camp sponsor!
Jenna Grant, marketing/events manager at MaineBiz, attended both boot camp sessions. She shares,
This workshop was very valuable to MaineBiz. We understand that social media is always changing and it’s important to always learn more.”

Jenna Grant from MaineBiz selects three lucky winners of the MaineBiz subscription drawing at our NMC Advanced Boot Camp.
Owner of AP Graphics & Fine Arts Anita Poulin also attended the interactive sessions. She reflects,
I came into the workshop wanting to better understand the usefulness of Facebook for my business as well as a blog, etc. and how to go about creating what I needed. I was not disappointed! Once the boot camp on social media people answered my personal questions during breaks I felt I could go home and expand my social media presence successfully.”

Presenters Matthew Rideout (far left) and Greg Glynn (far right) assist boot camp participants during breaks.
Thanks to all of our attendees and presenters for such a great day of social media.
Stay tuned for an announcement about our next camps!
